You will work across manufacturing, quality, maintenance and technical teams to solve problems, improve processes and enable reliable production. You will lead complex investigations, deliver improvement projects and support technical transfers. These responsibilities include some of the following:\nLead and manage complex deviation investigations and corrective actions to timely closure.\nDesign and deliver process improvement projects to increase yield, reduce variability or raise efficiency.\nSupport validation, trials and technical transfer activities to enable smooth production start-up.\nMonitor process parameters and trends and support risk assessments for quality and business continuity.\nPrepare clear technical documents, training materials and work instructions for operations teams.\nBuild strong working relationships with manufacturing, quality, MSAT and maintenance to meet production goals.\nBasic Qualification\nWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:\nMinimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences or a related discipline.\nMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in regulated manufacturing such as pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical production.\nPractical experience in deviation investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA management.\nStrong troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues.\nWorking knowledge of current good manufacturing practices and quality systems.\nThis role is on-site at our Singapore facility; minimal hybrid or remote flexibility due to operational needs.\nPreferred Qualification\nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:\nExperience with validation, commissioning or technical transfer activities.\nFamiliarity with SAP, manufacturing execution systems or electronic batch records.\nTraining or certification in continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.\nProject management experience or formal project management training.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and delivering to timelines.\nStrong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nWhat we value in you\nYou stay calm under pressure and act with clear judgement.
