This will involve a balance of business process understanding, technical breadth and the ability to operate in a flexible and agile way to drive efficiency and improvements to the Manufacturing process using MES applications.\nThis role will report to the Smart Manufacturing Director, and will be responsible for supporting the MES development as part of the Manufacturing Execution Suite work package, which aims to establish a touchless, paperless manufacturing execution platform for priority products in Jurong. On-the-job skills training will be provided to build and grow business process understanding and MES capabilities for the role.\nCompletion of this project will result in business benefits such as reduction in product changeover duration, lead time, productivity and right first time for our thriving workforce.
