This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact.\nResponsibilities\nThis role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:\nOwn and drive the function audit universe and audit readiness programme, including Facility and Equipment GEMBA schedules, follow-up actions, and acting as primary contact for inspection readiness activities.\nDefine, own and drive continuous improvement programmes and deviations for compliance (including the function Data Integrity plan) and lead daily compliance meetings to generate, review and act on data and frameworks to drive efficiencies and sustain performance.\nOwn Quality boards and generate the Monthly Quality pack for technicians/TLs, using recent issues, actions and quality bulletins to challenge existing standards and ways of working to improve compliance, efficiency and robustness. Lead the 5S deployment across the floor.\nAct as the customer for all non-self-delivered projects within the function, ensuring project delivery (equipment, systems and processes) is appropriate for use in production and meets operational requirements, priorities and functional needs.\nEnsure training plans for new equipment and new/updated GMP documentation (SOP, SWI etc.) are fit for purpose, enable technicians to perform their roles compliantly, support seamless integration from installation to steady-state production, and are reviewed periodically on time.\nWhy You?\nBasic Qualification \nWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:\nA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as life sciences, business administration, or compliance.\nExperience supporting compliance or project management activities in a regulated environment.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to work on-site in the United Kingdom, with hybrid working options considered.\nPreferred Qualification \nIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:\nPrevious experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems, regulatory requirements or audit processes.\nExperience using project management tools or software.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nComfortable working independently and as part of a team.\nCommitment to fostering an inclusive work environment where every voice is heard.\nLocation \nThis role is based on-site in the United Kingdom at our Worthing Site.\nAbout Worthing Manufacturing Site:\nManufacturing at the Worthing site is for antibiotics (Penicillin).
