into structured, repeatable service offerings with clear value propositions\n\n- Define offering scope, target customers, use cases, outcomes, and differentiators\n\n- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of offerings\n\n- Work with sales and marketing teams to align offerings with go-to-market strategies\n\n- Develop supporting materials such as solution overviews, pitch decks, capability statements, and case-based narratives\n\n- Identify opportunities to standardize services for upsell and cross-sell scenarios\n\n- Support sales teams with technical and solution positioning during customer discussions, as needed\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong technical background within the IT services or consulting industry\n\n- Experience in solution design, pre-sales, consulting, or service offering development\n\n- Ability to understand complex technical projects and articulate them in business-friendly language\n\n- Experience working with enterprise customers across one or more domains (e.g., cloud, data, application development, digital transformation, infrastructure, cybersecurity)\n\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n- Ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and marketing stakeholders\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Prior experience in productizing services or building solution catalogs\n\n- Exposure to go-to-market, pre-sales, or solution consulting roles\n\n- Experience creating sales enablement or marketing collateral\n\n- Consulting or professional services background\n\nSuccess Metrics:\n\n- Number of project case studies successfully converted into market-ready offerings\n\n- Adoption of offerings by sales teams for upsell and cross-sell\n\n- Contribution to pipeline growth or deal wins
