processes.\n\n- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance.\n\n- Work closely with project managers to support ServiceNow-related project deliverables.\n\n- Perform impact analysis and implement changes following change management protocols.\n\n- Monitor platform performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability.\n\n- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform upgrades and enhancements.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\n- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc.) are highly desirable.\n\n- Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.\n\n- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.\n\n- Knowledge of performance tuning and platform security best
