BMC Control-M\n\n2. AppDynamics, Grafana, Nagios, or OpenSearch\n\n3. GitHub\n\n4. Rancher\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong scripting/automation ability (e.g., PowerShell, Shell, Python, or similar).\n\n- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and integration/middleware platforms.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills.\n\n- Working knowledge of ITIL processes Incident, Change, and Problem Management.\n\n- Demonstrated operational ownership mindset, with willingness to use AI-assisted tools for scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.\n\n- Ability to learn and support multiple enterprise platforms beyond a single tool.\n\nEducation : \n\n- UG : Any Graduate\n\nKey Skills : \n\n- Workload Automation, integration, control m, BMC Control-M, automation, rest api, servicenow ticketing, Controlm Administration, BMC, Monitoring Tools\n\nEmployee Value Proposition : \n\n- Discover your inner technologist : Explore and expand the boundaries of tech innovation without the fear of failure.\n\n- Accelerate your learning : Shape your career while scripting the future of tech.
