MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.\n\n- Hands-on experience with unit testing, static code analysis, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.\n\n- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Proven experience conducting technical design reviews and code reviews.\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and delivery-focused environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.\n\n- Configure and develop Salesforce application components, workflows, Lightning components, and custom functionalities.\n\n- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.\n\n- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance for scalable and secure Salesforce Commerce implementations.\n\n- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Integration Services, and middleware platforms.\n\n- Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with CMS, PIM, SAP ERP, payment gateways, tax services, and WMS/3PL systems.\n\n- Drive implementation of Headless Commerce architecture using API-driven frontend and backend integrations.\n\n- Review application architecture, perform technical code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Ensure Salesforce security, governance, performance optimization, and compliance with development standards.\n\n- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project execution.\n\n- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying
