Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and architect enterprise-grade integration solutions using the Workato platform.\nLead end-to-end implementation of Workato recipes, workflows, and reusable integration components.\nDefine integration architecture, best practices, governance, and development standards.\nDevelop scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.\nDesign and implement API-led connectivity patterns across enterprise applications.\nIntegrate cloud and on-premises applications using Workato Agent and Hybrid Connectivity.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nBuild reusable connectors, custom SDK connectors, and API integrations where required.\nImplement data transformation, orchestration, validation, and error-handling mechanisms.\nEstablish monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting processes for integrations.\nEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, authentication, and authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, API Keys).\nOptimize integration performance and ensure high availability and scalability.\nConduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentor development teams.\nSupport production deployments, release management, and incident resolution.\nPrepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for Workato deployments.\nEvaluate new Workato capabilities and recommend platform improvements.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Workato.\nStrong expertise in designing enterprise integration solutions.\nHands-on experience developing complex Workato recipes and custom connectors.\nExperience with Workato SDK and Connector Builder.\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, GraphQL, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI/Swagger.\nExperience integrating SaaS applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Slack, Jira, and AWS services.\nStrong understanding of API Management and Integration Architecture.\nExperience with event-driven integrations and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.\nProficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.\nStrong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, SSL/TLS, and enterprise security standards.\nExperience implementing logging, monitoring, and exception handling frameworks.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nWorkato Automation Pro Certification or Workato Automation Architect Certification.\nExperience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud, or SnapLogic.\nKnowledge of enterprise integration patterns (EIP).\nExperience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\nFamiliarity with BPM, RPA, and workflow automation.\nUnderstanding of microservices and container-based architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience with AI-powered workflow automation.\nExposure to Generative AI integrations using OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.\nExperience integrating
