troubleshoot production issues under pressure.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, monitor, and maintain MongoDB environments across development, staging, and production\nDesign and manage ReplicaSet and Sharded Cluster architectures for high availability and horizontal scalability\nOwn backup and restore strategy and execution, ensuring recoverability meets business RPO/RTO requirements\nPlan and execute database patching, version upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime\nManage and optimize deployments using MongoDB Ops Manager\nPerform performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning across the MongoDB fleet\nWrite and troubleshoot Mongo Query Language (MQL) for diagnostics and optimization\nAdminister underlying Unix/Linux infrastructure supporting MongoDB workloads\nWork within Agile delivery teams, participating in sprints, planning, and incident retrospectives\nSupport automation initiatives using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, or Terraform\nScript routine operational tasks using Bash or Python\nProvide input and support on other database platforms as needed\nEssential Requirements\nExcellent knowledge of MongoDB database
