You will design, build and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that support critical customer service and complaint management processes in a highly regulated environment.\nThis is a hands on senior role. You will write code daily, lead the technical design of CRM solutions, and guide junior developers.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the design, configuration, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements\nDevelop, test and deploy custom solutions using C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK, covering both server side and client side development\nBuild forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows and business process flows to automate processes and improve user experience\nIntegrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus\nLead solution architecture for CRM projects in line with enterprise architecture standards\nConfigure security roles, business unit hierarchies and data management, and tune system performance\nSupport system upgrades, patching and migration activities\nConduct code reviews, manage version control and enforce development standards\nPrepare technical documentation, including solution designs, system documentation and release notes\nMentor junior team members and work closely with business analysts, functional teams, project managers and Microsoft partners\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field\nMinimum 5 to 7 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (online and/or on premises)\nProven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation\nStrong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript and Visual Studio, including plugin development and the Dynamics 365 SDK\nHands on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and Azure DevOps\nStrong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns\nProficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL and database design\nExperience with Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum and ITIL\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Application Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), or equivalent\nExperience in banking, financial services or a government or regulatory environment is strongly preferred\nExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage\nExcellent written and spoken English\nPlease note: this role is for Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement only.
