requirements.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, administer, and maintain MongoDB database environments across enterprise platforms.\nSupport technology projects involving Digital Products and Digital Onboarding initiatives.\nManage MongoDB database deployments, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization activities.\nConfigure and administer MongoDB Replica Sets and Sharded Cluster architectures.\nPerform MongoDB backup and restore operations and ensure database availability and reliability.\nExecute database patching, version upgrades, and environment maintenance activities.\nMonitor database performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies.\nManage database migrations across environments with minimal downtime.\nCollaborate with application, infrastructure, and engineering teams to support project deliveries.\nParticipate in Agile delivery practices and support multiple projects simultaneously.\nProvide production support and troubleshoot database-related issues across environments.\nSupport out-of-hours and weekend activities when required for critical deployments or maintenance windows.\nRequired Technical Skills\nMongoDB Administration\nStrong hands-on experience in MongoDB Database Administration.\nExcellent understanding of MongoDB architecture and internal components.\nStrong experience with:\nMongoDB Replica Sets\nMongoDB Sharding\nMongoDB Ops Manager\nMongoDB Backup & Restore mechanisms\nDatabase patching and upgrades\nPerformance tuning and optimization\nDatabase migrations\nMongo Query Language (MQL)\nOperating Systems\nStrong working knowledge of:\nUnix\nLinux operating systems\nDatabase Technologies\nExperience working with Open Source database technologies.\nExposure to other database platforms will be considered an advantage.\nAutomation & Scripting (Nice to Have)\nExposure to modern automation technologies such as:\nAnsible\nJenkins\nTerraform\nExperience with scripting languages including:\nBash\nPython\nDelivery Methodology\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent technology projects.\nStrong understanding of enterprise technology delivery practices.\nRequired Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and within tight timelines.\nExcellent professional communication skills.\nStrong ownership mindset and self-management capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables simultaneously.\nStrong collaboration skills when working across cross-functional technology teams.\nPreferred Experience\n4+ years of experience working in large enterprise environments.\nBanking or Financial Services industry experience is preferred.\nExperience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.\nPreferred Certifications\nMongoDB-related certifications are highly desirable.\nRelevant database or cloud certifications will be an added
