We operate in a performance-first environment where ideas are tested, executed, and translated into real growth.\nWe’re looking for a Shopify Conversion Specialist to take full ownership of product page performance across large Shopify catalogs.\nWhy This Role MattersConversion optimization is a core revenue driver at GTE.\nIn this role, you won’t just support CRO efforts — you’ll own conversion performance end-to-end, directly impacting:\n\nConversion rate (CVR)\n\nAverage order value (AOV)\n\nOverall revenue across product pages\n\nWhat You’ll Own (First 90 Days)Success in this role means you’ll be able to:\nOptimize 100+ product pages for conversion and AOV\n\nIdentify and resolve bottlenecks across product funnels\n\nImprove key conversion drivers:\n\nCopywriting\n\nOffer structure\n\nPage layout\n\nVisual hierarchy\n\nRun A/B tests with clear, measurable revenue impact\n\nTurn supplier or basic assets into high-converting product pages\n\nDiagnose whether performance issues are driven by:\n\nOffer\n\nDesign\n\nTraffic quality\n\nThis Role Is a Strong Fit If You:\nHave 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce CRO / conversion optimization experience\n\nHave worked with large product catalogs (100+ SKUs)\n\nHave hands-on Shopify experience\n\nHave a proven track record of improving conversion rates and/or revenue\n\nHave strong direct-response copywriting skills\n\nUnderstand consumer psychology and buying behavior\n\nAre comfortable being measured on performance and results\n\nBonus:\nExperience with DTC brands, dropshipping, or affiliate marketing\n\nExperience scaling high-SKU stores\n\nTeam FitWe’re building a performance-driven team.
