We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package, along with the opportunity to work within an innovative and collaborative environment.\nJoin our Immigrationdepartment as anImmigration Data Clerk located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote).\nPosition Summary\nThe Immigration Data Clerk position will partner with immigration attorneys/paralegals to assist with data entry and reporting. Candidate should be fluent in English.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nGenerate internal reports, including monthly reports on status document expirations, max-out dates, green card eligibility, and conditional green card expirations.\n\nUpdate case management system with immigration status documents, job details, and other client information.\n\nComplete reporting requests from client and internal team.\n\nRequest the opening of billing matters and assist with legal services agreements/engagement letters.\n\nAudit client records and conduct data cleansing.\n\nMigrate data and documents for new clients to firm systems.\n\nCode immigration templates into case management system.\n\nWork on other data requests as needed.\n\nQualifications\nSkills & Competencies\nAbility to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.\n\nExcellent customer service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation.\n\nHigh attention to detail, outstanding case management, organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively.\n\nAbility to work independently toward team goals.\n\nAbility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.\n\nEducation & Experience\nMinimum 1 year of experience within a law firm or similar organization.\n\nUniversity/College degree or equivalent experience is preferred.\n\nExperience with data entry and reporting is preferred.\n\nTechnology\nExperience with data management and analysis tools including Excel, Power BI and SQL is preferred.\n\nComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as basic proficiency in data entry and managing electronic files.\n\nOther \nBe a Polish citizen living in Poland or a foreign national living in Poland with the right to work in Poland without a work
