Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Director of Litigation Support.\nPosition Summary\nThe Litigation Support Project Manager provides consultation and technical support to legal teams across the firm, managing document databases, productions, vendor relationships, and other technology-driven litigation solutions. Working collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel throughout the country, this role services all GT offices and manages multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager serves as a key resource for case teams, assessing needs and delivering expert recommendations and processes to achieve desired outcomes. The candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed (full-time non-exempt position).\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide consultation and support to legal teams with respect to budgeting, vendor management, document databases, productions, transcript management, and other technology-related solutions for litigation\n\nDeliver expert analysis, guidance, and recommendations to case teams for achieving desired outcomes\n\nManage day-to-day Litigation Support requests and coordinate all technical resources, including internal staff and outside vendors, for case teams\n\nIn connection with trials, set up war rooms in hotels or other offices, and coordinate graphics services and courtroom technology\n\nWork collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel across the country to service all GT offices on multiple concurrent projects\n\nQualifications\nSkills & Competencies\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with a professional demeanor and the ability to actively listen and convey information clearly\n\nExpertise in Relativity required; proficiency in predictive analytics preferred\n\nExperience with Relativity aiR or other AI-assisted document review tools is a plus\n\nProficiency in transcript and video management tools such as Opus 2\n\nAbility to work effectively with the firm's established third-party vendors\n\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborate well within a team environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear instructions\n\nAbility to recognize confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information and maintain such information as confidential\n\nEducation & Prior Experience\nBachelor's Degree required\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation support specialist, analyst, or project manager required\n\nExperience with analytics tools such as Brainspace is a plus\n\nExperience with capturing websites, online videos, video editing, and general graphics is a strong plus\n\nTechnology\nProficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe required\n\nExpertise in Relativity required\n\nExperience with Relativity aiR or comparable AI document review platforms is a plus\n\nProficiency in Opus 2 or similar transcript and video management tools\n\nExperience with Brainspace or comparable analytics tools is a plus\n\nExceptional ability to learn new software
