This role blends product design leadership with advanced front end engineering, requiring a professional who approaches development with a strong design mindset and crafts intuitive, scalable user interfaces.\nThe position will lead the end-to-end user experience and frontend architecture for AI chat applications and related digital products, ensuring a seamless, accessible, and consumer-grade experience comparable to leading AI platforms. experience across AI chat applications and front end platforms.\n\nDesigns intuitive, visually polished, and accessible interfaces aligned with consumer-grade standards.\n\nCreates wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.\n\nEstablishes and evolves design systems, component libraries, and visual standards to ensure consistency across products.\n\nApplies principles of information architecture, interaction design, and content design to improve usability.\n\nConducts user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvements.\n\nDesigns and implements micro-interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement.\n\nTranslates complex AI and technical workflows into clear, user-friendly experiences.\n\nAdvocates for accessibility (WCAG compliance) and inclusive design practices.\n\nFrontend Engineering\nDesigns, builds, and maintains React-based front end applications using TypeScript and modern JavaScript.\n\nTranslates designs artifacts into pixel-perfect, performant, and responsive code.\n\nDevelops scalable front end architecture, coding standards, and reusable components.\n\nIntegrates with REST APIs and collaborate with backend engineering teams.\n\nImplements automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) using tools such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.\n\nContributes to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern deployment practices.\n\nSupports application deployment across cloud and on-premise environments.\n\nEvaluates and adopts innovation environment.\n\nEducation & Prior Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nMinimum 5+ years of frontend development experience with significant UI/UX responsibility, demonstrated by exceptional design judgment and a portfolio of high-quality web and application design work.\n\nExperience developing, maintaining, and contributing to scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.\n\nProven experience designing and building production-grade, user-focused web applications, including consumer-grade and high-quality enterprise user experiences.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering React/TypeScript applications from concept to deployment.\n\nTranslate stakeholder requirements into user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.\n\nExperience designing AI-powered, conversational, or agent-based user experiences, including chat and copilot interfaces.\n\nBackground in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.\n\nExperience working in professional services, legal, or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.\n\nWork with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and supporting modern deployment methodologies is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), or related technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), inclusive design best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility requirements.\n\nTechnology\nProficiency with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.\n\nExpertise in modern design platforms, including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.\n\nHands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, build tools, and component-based architectures, including Vue, Angular, Svelte, Next.js, Vite, and Webpack.\n\nFamiliarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and Cypress.\n\nExperience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger services.\n\nFamiliarity with Git-based
