We're building an AI-first engineering culture where AI is deeply integrated into the development workflow — from architecture and coding to testing, debugging, research, and product delivery.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who embraces AI-assisted development and understands how to leverage modern AI tools to maximize productivity and focus on solving real business problems rather than spending time on repetitive tasks.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nYou will be working on GT Protocol's AI-powered trading and investment platform, helping build products used by thousands of users across Web3, CeFi, and DeFi ecosystems.\n\nThis role combines backend development, frontend development, AI integrations, trading infrastructure, blockchain analytics, real-time systems, and modern AI-driven engineering practices.\n\nYou will participate in designing and building scalable products while actively utilizing AI development tools as part of your daily workflow.\n\nWhat We Expect from an AI-Driven Engineer\n\nComfortable using AI coding assistants as a core part of the development process\n\nExperience working with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Windsurf, or similar solutions\n\nAbility to effectively use AI for coding, architecture exploration, debugging, code reviews, documentation, testing, and research\n\nStrong focus on shipping results rather than maximizing manual coding hours\n\nCuriosity and willingness to continuously adapt to new AI-driven development workflows\n\nUnderstanding that AI is a productivity multiplier, not a replacement for engineering fundamentals\n\nWe believe the future belongs to engineers who can combine strong technical skills with the ability to leverage AI effectively.
