For Technical Lead candidates, there is also the opportunity to shape the technical approach and development standards of the CRM team.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, customise, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.\n\nImplement new features and improvements based on business requirements.\n\nTroubleshoot issues and support CRM integrations.\n\nParticipate in sprint planning, testing, and scheduled releases.\n\nCollaborate closely with the existing development team.\n\nFor Technical Lead candidates: provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and drive development standards.\n\nEssential knowledge, skills & experience:\n5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement development and customization.\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.\n\nAbility to independently develop, customize, and enhance existing CRM solutions.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments with sprint-based development and structured releases.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nUpper-intermediate English or higher.\n\nFor Technical Lead:\n2+ years of technical leadership experience.\n\nExperience with technical ownership, code reviews, and mentoring developers.\n\nAbility to combine hands-on development with technical leadership.\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience with Microsoft Dataverse.\n\nKnowledge of C#/.NET plugins and JavaScript customizations.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Power Automate.\n\nExperience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems.\n\nKnowledge of
