the role is expected to take full ownership of mobile architecture decisions, establish CI/CD automation and release management pipelines, ensure zero-defect store deployments, resolve complex native/hybrid technical challenges, and mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster engineering excellence.\nQualifications\n\n Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on production experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade mobile applications using Flutter & Dart for iOS and Android.\n\n Proven track record of publishing, releasing, and updating multiple applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (handling certificates, provisioning profiles, privacy manifests, and App Store Review Guidelines).\n\n Deep experience with modern Flutter state management solutions, specifically Riverpod , BLoC / Cubit, or Provider.\n\n Hands-on experience with native mobile integration via Platform Channels (MethodChannel, EventChannel, Pigeon) using Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).\n\n Strong experience implementing Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Repository Pattern, and Dependency Injection in Flutter.\n\n Experience establishing and maintaining Mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic).\n\n Solid experience in implementing mobile security best practices: SSL Pinning, Biometric Authentication, Secure Storage (Keychain / Keystore), Root/Jailbreak detection, and code obfuscation.\n\n Experience in writing automated tests: Unit Tests, Widget Tests, and Integration Tests (Mocktail, Mockito, Patrol).\n\n Experience working in Agile/Scrum software delivery environments and mentoring junior to mid-level mobile
