Operators will be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring production equipment to shape, cut, bend, and finish metal components to strict specifications. This role supports end-to-end fabrication processes within GTI’s advanced manufacturing environment, contributing to production efficiency, quality output, and workplace safety.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, set up, and operate CNC machines (e.g., Flat and Tube Laser, Press Brake, and Panel Bender) according to work orders and engineering drawings. \nLoad and align tooling, fixtures, and program parts based on engineering specs.\nInspect finished parts for quality, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to tolerances using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).\nPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery;
