build a culture of performance and ownership. \nProduction Execution: Align labor, materials, equipment, and schedules to remove bottlenecks and maintain consistent flow. \nContinuous Improvement: Apply Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, standard work, and root cause problem-solving to improve results. \nCross-Functional Execution: Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, and Program Management to resolve constraints. \n Manufacturing Readiness: Support new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and capacity expansion while maintaining stability. \nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. \nManufacturing Readiness: Support new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and capacity expansion while maintaining stability. \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \n10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years leading supervisors and manufacturing teams. \nLeadership experience in contract manufacturing, engineered-to-order (ETO), or complex industrial manufacturing. \nStrong knowledge of fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, and integrated manufacturing processes. \nDemonstrated improvements in throughput, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. \nExperience with Lean manufacturing, value stream management, and continuous improvement. \nERP/MRP experience;
