The role will be designated as Project Support Analyst for a fresh graduate, or Project Coordinator for a candidate with more than two years of relevant experience.\nYou will work closely with Infrastructure, Information Security, Engineering, Operations, business stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate projects, track progress, remove execution blockers and support the timely delivery of key initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential recent graduate or an early-career professional who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about technology and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Delivery\nSupport the planning, execution and monitoring of infrastructure and technology projects.\nTrack milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and action items.\nMaintain project plans, trackers, status reports and governance documentation.\nIdentify and escalate delays, risks, dependencies and issues where necessary.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nAct as the central coordination point between technical teams and business stakeholders.\nCoordinate and follow up with internal teams, exchanges, service providers, technology vendors and partners to ensure actions, timelines and dependencies are tracked and progressed.\nOrganize project meetings, workshops and reviews; capture clear minutes, decisions, owners and due dates.\nDrive accountability and follow-through, and communicate updates clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nGovernance & Reporting\nPrepare concise project updates and management reports for leadership.\nTrack project KPIs, delivery metrics, risks and overall project health.\nMaintain organized repositories for project documentation and governance artefacts.\nSupport adherence to project governance standards, change controls and reporting processes.\nTechnology & Infrastructure Support\nBuild a working understanding of GTN's infrastructure landscape - cloud platforms, networks, servers, security controls and operational processes.\nSupport initiatives such as upgrades, cloud migrations, security enhancements, disaster recovery exercises and vendor implementations.\nCoordinate testing, implementation, change and post-implementation activities where required.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery, reporting and operational processes.\nSupport the adoption of automation, AI and digital tools to improve project execution and visibility.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Project Management or a related discipline.\nFresh graduates will be considered for the Project Support Analyst title; candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience for the Project Coordinator title.\nBasic understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking fundamentals, cybersecurity concepts and IT operations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.\nAbility to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear actions, plans and status updates.\nStrong organizational, planning and follow-up skills, with attention to detail across multiple priorities.\nClear written and verbal communication; confident engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nA strong sense of ownership, accountability and resilience - able to work independently, adapt quickly and turn ambiguity into a structured plan.\nCuriosity, a strong willingness to learn, and the drive to follow up persistently and professionally until work is completed.\nAdded Advantages\nExperience or exposure in project coordination, technology projects, IT operations or business analysis.\nExposure to infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity or IT support environments.\nFamiliarity with project or work-tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner or Trello.\nStrong internship, academic project or extracurricular experience (for recent graduates).\nInterest in building a long-term career in technology project delivery and operational excellence.\nOur Culture\n\n We believe innovation relies on inclusion and diversity.
