The ideal candidates will have a strong fintech background, solid project management experience, and the ability to lead client implementations from discovery through production.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end API and white-label implementation projects.\nManage client technical onboarding and technical integration activities.\nGather and document business and technical requirements.\nConduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and client training sessions.\nCoordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Operations teams.\nManage project plans, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.\nSupport UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities.\nTroubleshoot implementation issues and provide technical guidance to clients.\nMinimum Requirements\n\n3-5 years of experience in Client Solutions, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or Implementation.\n3+ years of experience in FinTech, Banking, Brokerage, or Capital Markets.\nStrong experience managing REST API implementation projects.\nExperience delivering white-label software implementations.\nStrong project management experience using Agile/Scrum.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nOur Culture\n\n We believe innovation relies on inclusion and diversity.
