The role sits within the operations function and works closely with portfolio management, fund administrators, counterparties, and internal control teams to ensure accurate, timely, and well-controlled execution of operational processes. For more information on GTS, please visit www.gtsx.com.\nResponsibilities\nPerform daily operational tasks across a range of fund-of-funds structures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.\nSupport fund operations processes including (but not limited to):Trade lifecycle support and reconciliation\nCash and position monitoring\nNAV support and review\nInteraction with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers\n\nPrepare, review, and maintain operational documentation using Excel, Word, and PDF-based workflows.\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve operational discrepancies, escalating issues as appropriate.\nMaintain accurate records and operational controls in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and operational best practices.\nSupport ad-hoc operational and reporting requests as required.\nQualifications\nEssential Skills & Attributes:\nStrong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.\nEffective time management skills with the ability to manage recurring daily tasks and competing deadlines.\nPractical experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF-based documents in a professional environment.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nMethodical, reliable, and accountable approach to work. \nDesirable Experience\nPrior exposure to fund operations, fund accounting, or asset management operations.\nExperience in back-office or middle-office roles within financial services.\nFamiliarity with fund structures, NAV processes, and interaction with external service providers.\nBasic familiarity with Python or scripting for data analysis, automation, or operational tooling is a plus, but not required. \nEducation & Experience\nDegree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.\nEarly-career to mid-level candidates will be considered, depending on demonstrated capability and experience. \nWorking Style\nComfortable working in a process-driven environment with a strong control mindset.\nAble to operate both
