TCP IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, Routing etc.\nStrong command of English language, written and spoken\nStrong hardware knowledge of PCs, laptops etc.\nStrong configuration knowledge of MS Office, Laptops and Desktops\nStrong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills\nPerson Specification:\nTeam worker with good communication skills\nResponsible, motivated, mobile and flexible\nAble to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment\nProfessional and customer focused work ethic (role will entail having to interact with key senior management)\nFlexibility in working hours -
