Sales Representative, EMEA Enterprise

We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Representative, EMEA Enterprise to join our growing European Sales team.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across the EMEA region
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
• Identify, qualify, propose, and close new, upgrade, and renewal opportunities
• Support customers with service upgrades, changes, renewals, and account inquiries
• Conduct account campaigns and proactively engage out-of-term customers
• Protect and grow revenue through customer retention activities
• Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity records in CRM systems
• Build trusted relationships that drive long-term customer success

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management

Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Confidence working toward sales goals and managing multiple priorities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

• Telecommunications industry experience
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and managed services
• Understanding of networking and connectivity solutions

Working Pattern

• Standard working hours from Monday to Friday
• Hybrid/Remote working arrangement based in Sofia
