Working across multiple stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party partners, you will manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement and design through to operational handover. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic customer initiatives while helping to drive continuous improvement across project management practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects valued up to and above $5M across a range of technology and managed service solutions.\nTypically manage up to three concurrent projects, depending on size and complexity.\nOwn projects throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement through to operational handover.\nEstablish and lead Project Boards and virtual project teams, including the management of other Project Managers where required.\nAct as the primary point of contact for all project communications and stakeholder engagement.\nFacilitate regular internal and customer project meetings, including weekly status reviews.\nProduce and maintain project status reports and governance documentation.\nDevelop and maintain Project Initiation Documents, including project scope and customer critical success factors.\nMonitor project progress using project tracking tools, Microsoft Project, and established project management methodologies.\nIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.\nManage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.\nEnsure adherence to change control procedures and project governance requirements.\nProduce customer-specific documentation where required.\nTrack and report project effort against contracted services.\nSupport quality assurance activities and governance reviews throughout project delivery.\nManage project escalations and facilitate timely resolution of issues.\nContribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies, templates, and best practices.\nSupport product launches and knowledge sharing across the Project Management team.\nMentor and support junior members of the Project Management function.\nPartner with Bid Management teams to support large and complex customer opportunities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Experience\nDegree qualification or significant professional experience within an IT environment.\n5+ years Project Management experience within an ISP Managed Services, Enterprise Networking, or ICT environment.\nExperience managing project budgets up to and above $5M.\nExperience leading large, complex customer programmes involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.\nStrong project governance, risk management, change control, and stakeholder management experience.\nExperience using Microsoft Project and structured project management methodologies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nExperience managing project forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and escalation processes.\nStrong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.\nExperience mentoring and supporting junior project management professionals.\nExperience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments.\nExperience with SD-WAN and Security solutions.\nNice to have\nPrince II Practitioner, APMP, or another recognised project management qualification.\nAdditional business qualifications.\nWhy Join GTT?\nAt GTT, you’ll join a global, collaborative culture built around ownership, customer focus and continuous learning.\nAdaptive mindset: We meet change head-on to build the capabilities we need now.
