You'll help decide what to build, talk directly to the grocery operators using our products, and own features end-to-end from idea to production.\nFrontend & Product\nOwn customer-facing features end-to-end on our web application using React/React Native, Next.js, and TypeScript - from shaping the spec to shipping and iterating\nImplement robust state management and real-time synchronization patterns to ensure data consistency across multiple users and sessions\nOptimize application performance for handling large datasets and complex user workflows without compromising responsiveness\nBuild AI-native interfaces - natural-language interactions, agentic workflows, and copilots that sit on top of our forecasting and ordering products\nBackend\nDesign and build robust backend services that power mission-critical ordering and production planning products\nBuild efficient ETL pipelines to handle billions of rows of data, multiple times per day\nExpose our data and systems to LLMs via MCP servers, tool-use APIs, and similar protocols\nCollaborate directly with customers' technical teams to understand and integrate with their IT infrastructure\nAbout You\n3+ years of relevant software engineering experience\nStrong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and associated frameworks\nExperience building modern web applications with React and the surrounding ecosystem\nStrong product sense - you have opinions about UX, you've shipped features that users actually loved, and you can tell the difference between a feature that's done and one that's just deployed\nAI-native: you use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools daily and ship significantly faster because of it\nHands-on experience building with LLMs - tool use / function calling, RAG, agents, or evals - and familiarity with MCP or similar protocols\nComfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal process - you thrive when given a problem and trusted to figure out the solution\n(Bonus) Experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g. forward deployed engineer)\n(Bonus) React Native or mobile development experience\nWhat We Offer\nFirst-hand experience building an early-stage startup with real product ownership\nCompensation: $150k-$250k base + competitive equity\nFully employer-paid healthcare (medical, dental, and vision)\nUnlimited vacation days\nFully covered food expenses in the office (lunch/dinner)\nFree Equinox membership\nOur Tech Stack\nLanguages & Frameworks: Backend - Python, FastAPI;
