BSP、应用/UI、OEM/产品及芯片厂商，拆解业务需求为系统层技术需求，组织架构评审与问题复盘。\n\n6.性能与质量保障：定义开机时间、内存、CPU、卡顿、ANR、功耗等基线指标；通过 system trace、systrace、logcat 定位系统层疑难问题。\n\n7.车载安全与 OTA：负责权限管控、SELinux、安全启动、A/B 分区差分升级及回滚策略。\n\n8.版本演进与技术管理：规划 Android 座舱版本迭代路线，评估升级成本；落地架构/编码/接口规范，指导开发工程师，把关技术决策。\n\n任职要求\n\n1.精通 AOSP Framework，熟悉 CarService / VHAL 架构及 HIDL/AIDL 接口机制。\n\n2.深入理解 Android 系统启动、音频、显示、电源管理、Binder 通信。\n\n3.具备车载座舱域量产项目经验，了解车机信号、CAN 及车载业务逻辑。\n\n4.具备架构设计、技术方案评审及跨团队推动能力。\n\n5.加分项：了解车载
