This position works closely with Product Development leadership and partners across Underwriting, Claims, Distribution, Marketing, Training, and Compliance to support the development and maintenance of commercial insurance products.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience in insurance product management, product development, underwriting, or a related area and be comfortable working across multiple departments to support product initiatives, forms management, and regulatory compliance.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssist in the development, drafting, and enhancement of policy forms, endorsements, and coverage language.\nProvide strategic recommendations and support product initiatives through research, analysis, and documentation.\nSupport the design, development, and implementation of system and process solutions aligned with product and forms strategies.\nPartner with Training and Marketing teams to create communications, training materials, and product resources for internal and external audiences.\nConduct competitive intelligence research and monitor industry trends.\nEvaluate regulatory and legislative requirements to help ensure compliance across jurisdictions.\nDocument and maintain forms attachment logic and version control processes.\nCollaborate with Underwriting on coverage interpretation, form wording, and manuscript endorsements.\nPartner with Claims and Distribution teams to gather feedback and support ongoing product enhancements.\nContribute to product development initiatives from concept through implementation and maintenance.\nQualifications\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree preferred in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.\nJ.D. considered a plus, but not required.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.\nKnowledge of insurance products, coverage forms, state regulations, and compliance requirements.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExperience Requirements\nAssistant Product Development Manager\n2 to 5 years of experience in insurance product development, product management, underwriting, or a related insurance discipline.\nProduct Development Manager\n5 to 7 years of experience in insurance product development, product management, underwriting, or a related insurance discipline.\nDemonstrated ability to lead product initiatives and collaborate across functions.\nSalary Range\n$86,000.00-$180,000.00 USD + bonus\nIn accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate.
