So, what’s the job?

You'll operate inside a highly AI-driven creative workflow, using emerging tools to generate, test, iterate, and scale paid ads faster than traditional teams, in a high-volume testing environment where speed, iteration, and decision quality matter more than polished decks.

You will:

• Own end-to-end ideation for in-house production: angles, concepts, and scripts. Identifying winning directions and translating them into a steady supply of net-new concepts, not just iterations on winners.
• Write briefs specific enough that a creator, editor, or AI pipeline can execute without rounds of clarification.
• Read performance dashboards daily - CPA, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, translating signals into clear calls on what to scale, iterate, or shut down.
• Keep your AI skillset current, proactively exploring new tools and keeping your workflow aligned with best practice as it evolves.
• Create winning video and static ads that drive measurable business growth through scalable media buying and rapid creative optimization.
• Spearhead creative-led growth on your assigned channels or efforts, driving the creative concept development needed to scale them.
• Study the market constantly - competitors, creators, trends, formats, hooks, and emerging ad patterns, and turn what you see into new testing hypotheses.

• 3+ years in performance creative (direct-response, not brand) - agency, in-house B2C, or scale-up.
• A creative instinct backed by data fluency - you generate net-new ideas as naturally as you read a dashboard.
• Comfortable using AI creative tools and proactively exploring new ones. AI is already a core part of your creative workflow.
• Independent with performance dashboards - you translate media signals into creative decisions without hand-holding.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• A strong feel for current paid creative across all major performance channels - not just organic social trends.
• A precise brief-writer - clear and specific enough for a creator, editor, or AI pipeline to execute without rounds of clarification.
• A plus: cybersecurity, fintech, or other trust-sensitive B2C vertical experience.
• A plus: hands-on craft experience (editing, design, copywriting, directing) - though the core skill set is creative judgment paired with data fluency.
