You’ll own our engineering groups end to end - leading their Group Leads and Team Leads, setting technical direction across large parts of the product, and making sure we deliver fast, reliably, and at consumer scale. This role is about building a world-class engineering organization: the people, the processes, and the technology that will carry Guardio through its next stage of growth.\nWhat will you actually do?\nLead, mentor, and grow Group Leads and Team Leads across several engineering groups\nOwn delivery, quality, reliability, and technical vision across multiple product areas\nPartner with the VP R&D to shape R&D strategy, org structure, headcount planning, and engineering culture\nWork hand in hand with Product, Design, and Data leadership to turn company goals into clear plans, priorities, and roadmaps\nDrive architectural and system design decisions that scale - in performance, security, and cost\nSet the bar for how we build: engineering standards, AI adoption, processes, tooling, and ways of working across groups\nLead hiring for senior engineers and managers, and build a strong leadership bench for the future\nIdentify risks and bottlenecks across the organization early - and fix them\nLead by example - with a high bar for quality, performance, and ownership\nSounds great!
