This role requires a deeper understanding of automation frameworks and the ability to lead testing efforts for complex features and systems.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and other tools.\nAnalyze business and functional requirements related to P&C insurance systems and translate them into effective automated test strategies and plans.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, API testing, accessibility testing across web and backend systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality.\nExecute automated test cases, log defects, and track them to closure using Azure DevOps.\nDevelop automated tests for APIs, UI, and backend systems.\nMentor junior QA engineers and review their test scripts.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.\nAnalyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.\nMaintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across QA teams.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the P&C insurance domain\n3-5 years of experience in test automation.\nProficiency in test automation tools, with a strong emphasis on Tricentis Tosca and Playwright; experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks is also preferred.\nProficiency in SQL for backend/database testing.\nExperience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.\nExperience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).\nStrong understanding of Agile QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nOptional Certifications (Preferred but not required):\n Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2\nISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer\nCertified Agile Tester (CAT)\nCertified Jenkins Engineer (CJE)\nCertified DevOps Engineer - Professional\nSalary Range $56,000.00 - $130,000.00\nIn accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate.
