binder and other delegated claims arrangements.\nRequirements\nMatric / Grade 12.\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Commerce or a related discipline is preferred.\nA recognised insurance qualification at NQF Level 5 or above is advantageous.\nMinimum five years’ short-term insurance claims experience, including substantial exposure to complex or high-value claims.\nDemonstrated experience in a senior technical, advisory, oversight or decision-making role.\nExperience across several of the following is strongly preferred: delegated claims arrangements, cell captive or binder business, complaints and NFO matters, litigation, liability claims, portfolio reviews, large-loss oversight, regulatory requirements and management reporting.\nDuties &
