For more information, visit guardanthealth.com and follow the company on LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Facebook.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Manager, Business Systems is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle ERP Cloud applications across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), ARCS, RMCS, Billing, and Revenue Management processes.\nThis role combines functional and technical expertise with strong leadership skills to support daily ERP operations, system enhancements, Projects, integrations, and strategic initiatives. The Manager will lead ERP support resources and partner closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant business solutions.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement across enterprise systems and business processes.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead analysis, design, implementation, and support of the Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud production environment for the Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay track (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, SLA, PO, OM, Fusion Tax).\n\nDefine team structure, roles, and responsibilities to ensure effective coverage across ERP functional areas (R2R, P2P, O2C).\n\nManage resource planning, capacity, and workload distribution to meet business priorities and SLAs.\n\nCoordinate with end-users and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate performance of the production environment supporting Finance and Operations, and support Month-End, Quarter-end, and Year-end Close.\n\nTake ownership of setting up and configuring the Oracle Fusion Cloud application, and participate in testing during system upgrades, Projects, and enhancements.\n\nLead and manage a team of ERP analysts and support resources, including offshore teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development.\n\nOwn prioritization and governance of ERP enhancements, balancing business needs, risk, and system performance.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for Finance and Operations leadership for all ERP-related initiatives, escalations, and strategic discussions\n\nWork closely with the integration team to design, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues in daily operations. Suggest & maintain monitoring reports.\n\nCreates, analyzes, and executes complex reports, queries, and data using BI Publisher/OTBI to support the various reporting requirements of Finance and Operations.\n\nManage backlog of user requests, with regular status reporting of prioritization of new items, WIP, and completed items.\n\nStay current with vendor upgrades, new functionality, and feature releases, and assess adoption strategies.\n\nLead organizational change management efforts related to ERP enhancements, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies.\n\nUnderstand Guardant Health’s business models and work closely with end-users to identify, recommend, and implement business process improvements.\n\nPerform as a core team member and/or participate in ERP project initiatives.\n\nDocument systems procedures to facilitate cross-training.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, information systems, or a related field (required)\n\nStrong hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.\n\nHands-on experience supporting a live Oracle Fusion Cloud production environment, including troubleshooting functional issues, configurations, enhancements, and ongoing production support.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Fusion, leading testing/UAT, and supporting deployments\n\nStrong Finance and Accounting process knowledge with the ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into Oracle solutions.\n\nExperience leading ERP analysts/ support resources and working with offshore teams/vendors while remaining hands-on when needed.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience with RMCS, ARCS, Advanced Collections, Revenue Recognition/Billing, Fusion Tax, Procurement/PO, and Order Management/OM.\n\nExperience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, and SmartView.\n\nExperience with Oracle integrations and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or similar technologies.\n\nOracle Fusion Cloud Financials certifications.\n\nExperience with Oracle EPM, including EPBCS/FCCS and EDM.\n\nSOX, audit, application security, and access-control experience\n\nHealthcare or life sciences industry experience.\n\nAI & Digital Fluency\nDemonstrate curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work.\nHybrid Work Model: This section is applicable to onsite employees who are eligible for hybrid work location as specified by management and related policies.Guardant has defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time.
