The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to validate data pipelines, ETL processes, semantic models, and Tableau dashboards. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure business metrics are accurate and reliable. The candidate is also expected to mentor and guide junior analysts by sharing best practices, and providing technical direction, while remaining an individual contributor. Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and analysis is also expected.\nWork Shift\nMN 5x8 - Night/3rd shift (approximately 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)\nMust-Have Skills\nAdvanced SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.\nStrong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience working with Tableau dashboards and reports.\nExperience working with ETL/data pipelines and source-to-target data.\nStrong communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.\nUnderstanding of semantic layers, data models, and business metrics.\nStrong knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.\nWorking knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for data analysis and productivity.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with AWS cloud data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, and Amazon S3.\nExperience with Git and CI/CD best practices.\nUnderstanding of cloud data architectures and modern data warehouse concepts.\nExperience working in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Quality environments.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Product, Business Intelligence, and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.\nUnderstanding of context layer concepts and modern semantic modeling architectures.\nFamiliarity with dbt and data quality frameworks or tools.\nAI & Digital Fluency\nDemonstrate curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work.\nWithin the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
