From helping with onboarding and training to troubleshooting day-to-day issues, you'll be the person our facilities know they can turn to.\nIf you're proactive, organized, comfortable working independently, and enjoy being a trusted resource for customers, we'd love to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned Northern California facilities, developing strong relationships and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.\nPartner with pharmacy operations to quickly resolve service issues and keep clients informed throughout the process.\nBuild trust with facility leadership and staff by providing responsive support, expertise, and practical solutions.\nSupport new facility onboarding, including data collection, eMAR support, quality assurance, and coordination with internal teams.\nConduct training and education for facility staff on pharmacy systems, operational best practices, regulatory requirements, and available tools.\nPrepare for and participate in business reviews with facility leadership to discuss service, performance, and opportunities.\nMaintain accurate client activity, contacts, tasks, and follow-up in Salesforce CRM.\nSupport local relationship-building and business development initiatives as needed.\nStay informed on long-term care pharmacy and industry trends.\nWork closely with internal pharmacy teams to continuously improve the customer experience.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who can build trust, take ownership, and get things done.\nYou'll thrive in this role if you are:\nA natural relationship builder who enjoys working directly with customers.\nA proactive problem solver who takes initiative.\nComfortable working independently while staying connected to a larger team.\nOrganized and able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.\nConfident communicating with facility leadership and frontline staff.\nCalm and professional when handling challenging situations.\nDetail-oriented and committed to quality.\nComfortable leading training and presenting information to groups.\nSomeone who genuinely enjoys helping customers succeed.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n3+ years of related experience\nExperience in long-term care pharmacy and/or an institutional patient-care setting, such as assisted living or skilled nursing\nValid driver's license and clean driving record\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet-based systems\nDemonstrated customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and manage deadlines\nPreferred:\nBachelor's degree\nExperience with pharmacy systems, eMAR, Salesforce, or similar platforms\nExperience training facility or healthcare staff\nThe Opportunity\nThis position starts at 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.\nThe initial schedule will require flexibility to support onboarding and account management for our Northern California facilities.
