Responsible for building a positive working relationship with all customers by resolving issues/problems, advising clients on regulatory issues, and training customer staff on best practices.\nAttributes Required:\nWork Ethic/Integrity - must possess intrinsic drive to excel coupled with values in line with company philosophy\nLeadership - ability to lead project teams to deadlines, while maintaining strong team orientation\nRelational - ability to build relationships with business unit management and become “trusted advisor”\nStrategy and Planning - ability to think ahead, plan and manage time efficiently\nProblem Solving - ability to analyze causes and solve problems at both a strategic and functional level\nTeam Oriented - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all team members\nEssential job functions (include the following):\nServe as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, understanding client present needs, pain points and future needs. Proactively collaborate with client to provide support and deliver solutions ensuring quality care.\nWork directly with pharmacy operations to address and resolve all service-related issues in a timely manner. Manage client expectations and communicate status updates through issue resolution.\nDevelop strong working relationships and build trust with clients by consistently delivering exceptional service, support and expertise.\nServe as liaison/quality assurance point of contact during new client onboarding process ensuring seamless and error free service. Assist in onboarding activities such as data collection and eMAR support.\nPrepare and deliver business reviews with facility management to review business deliverables and present value-added services.\nConduct training sessions and education programs to clients with regard to operational best practices, regulatory compliance and pharmacy tools/systems.\nManage client base through documentation in SalesForce CRM system.
