Please note that we are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.\nSo, what will you be doing all day?\nSupport the Sales team during sales processes, demo’s, customer meetings, events and Proof of Concepts.\nGuide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes.\nHelp customers optimize their product setup and configuration to maximize value from our solutions.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.\nAssist with technical support and configuration-related questions in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams.\nDeliver product demos and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences.\nProvide valuable feedback from customers and prospects back to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.\nStay up to date with the latest developments in mobile security, reverse engineering, and application protection technologies.\nCollaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones.\nThis is the perfect job for someone who has\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\nExperience in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales or similar customer-facing technical role with a SaaS or Software Product company.\nStrong coding and technical troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.\nExperience working with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.\nFamiliarity with Android and/or iOS application development.\nFamiliarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and mobile build processes.\nAn interest in mobile application security and cybersecurity concepts.\nThe ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to developers, architects, and business stakeholders.\nA proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.\nNice to have\nExperience within cybersecurity or application security.\nFamiliarity with our products (ProGuard, DexGuard, iXGuard, …).\nExperience with reverse engineering and commonly used tooling.\nExperience working with enterprise customers in industries such as banking, FSI, or fintech.\nProficiency in Portuguese is a plus.\nOther requirements\nUS citizenship or permanent residency is required.\nWhat Guardsquare offers you\nA full time job with a competitive salary package.\nYou are provided with the tools & flexibility to develop yourself successfully.\nAn international environment where you will interact with motivated & open colleagues with different backgrounds.\nA workplace where you can share and implement your ideas.\nA hybrid work policy, which helps guarantee an excellent work-life balance.\nAt Guardsquare, we take pride in being a diverse and multicultural company with team members representing numerous nationalities.
