You will operate in a fast-moving environment, driving execution while adapting quickly to change.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, and growth\nPromote an AI-first engineering culture, leveraging modern tools to improve velocity and effectiveness\nDrive delivery of customer-facing features with high standards for quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and speed\nIdentify performance and architectural bottlenecks and drive technical decisions that support future scale and efficient data processing\nPartner closely with Product, Design, Security Research and other stakeholders to define priorities and deliver business impact\nStay close to the team’s technical work, contributing to design, architecture, and problem-solving when needed\nOwn team execution end-to-end, from planning and delivery to continuous improvement\nCoach and mentor engineers, supporting their professional and career growth\nContinuously improve development practices, including CI/CD, testing, and cloud infrastructure\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience managing engineering teams\nProven experience building large-scale products serving a significant customer base\nStrong experience with performance-sensitive systems with demanding reliability and SLA requirements\nStrong system design and architectural experience, including performance, scale and data processing; experience with multi-tenant environments is a strong advantage\nStrong product and business orientation, able to connect engineering decisions to customer and company impact\nProven adoption of AI-first development practices\nExperience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments\nStrong technical background in modern software development;
