If you have a background in quality management systems, international regulations, and thrive in dynamic environments, this challenge is for you!\nIn this role, you will be the key player in driving regulatory compliance for our equipment, managing department budgets, and leading strategic savings projects.\nYour Main Challenges:\nRegulatory Compliance: Act as the subject matter expert for key standards including PED, ASME, CRN, UL, and ETL, ensuring all products and materials meet international requirements.\nQuality Management Systems: Maintain and update procedures, workflows, and process maps under ISO 9001, while leading quarterly internal audits.\n New Product Introduction (NPI): Coordinate the certification process for new products and accessories, maintaining constant communication with suppliers and managing purchase requisitions/orders.\nFinancial Tracking & KPIs: Drive cost-saving projects, negotiate certification costs with vendors/agencies, and develop the department's budget and monthly KPI reports.\n Internal Advocacy: Serve as the internal champion for compliance, spreading awareness and updates regarding certifications across the organization (Güntner).\nWhat are we looking for?\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields).
