The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate how they use data and technical insights to support decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain embedded software solutions in C/C++ on Embedded Linux platforms.\nDevelop communication, networking, and data management functionalities using industrial and IP-based protocols.\nDefine scalable, reliable, and maintainable software architectures and system designs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into integrated software solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software, communication, and system-level issues throughout the product lifecycle.\nEnsure software quality through code reviews, unit and integration testing, and automated test methodologies\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nAuthorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience developing embedded software in modern C/C++ within Linux environments.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, multithreading, and embedded systems.\nHands-on experience with networking, communication protocols, software testing, Git, and Agile development practices.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global engineering teams.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\nExperience with distributed systems, Qt/QML, STM32/ESP32 platforms, RTOS, CI/CD, UML, industrial communication protocols, cloud and IoT technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and related certifications.\nWe are seeking a highly motivated software engineering professional who is passionate about embedded software development and delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
