Job Description:\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nManage and maintain the cleanliness and order of the inside facility, including light dusting, vacuuming, and window washing.\nManage and maintain the cleanliness and order of the outside property, including mowing grass, raking leaves, minor snow shoveling, picking up trash.\nPull trash from trash receptacles throughout the unit. Replace trash bags as needed. Sort recycling for trash bins.\nRespond to and perform basic maintenance requests, including changing light bulbs and moving furniture and boxes.\nOrder supplies as needed, keep storeroom clean and stocked.\nReceive and put away deliveries.\nClean bathrooms. Maintain all bathroom supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap dispensers, and toilet seat covers.\nSKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE\nPartial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.\nStrong sanitation habits.\nStrong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers. \nAbility to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management. \nPHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS\nMoving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the facility.
