You will help leaders build high-performing teams, navigate organizational changes, develop and retain talent, and create an environment where employees can do their best work.\nThis is a hands-on and impactful role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.\nResponsibilities\nPartner closely with leaders and managers across R&D and Product, providing trusted, practical, and business-oriented guidance on people and organizational matters.\nCoach and advise managers at all levels on leadership, team effectiveness, employee engagement, performance, and complex people situations.\nLead and support key people processes, including performance management, talent planning, career development, retention, compensation, and organizational planning.\nPartner with leaders on organizational changes and evolving business needs, helping teams navigate change effectively while maintaining engagement and performance.\nIdentify development opportunities for employees and managers and support the creation of meaningful growth and career plans.\nUse people data and organizational insights to identify trends, surface opportunities and risks, and support data-informed decision-making.\nAct as a trusted partner on employee relations matters, policies, and Israeli labor law, collaborating closely with Legal, Payroll, and other People functions.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support strong hiring decisions and ensure a positive onboarding experience.\nCollaborate with the broader People team on cross-functional and global initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience as a People Partner / HRBP in a high-tech environment.\nProven experience partnering with R&D and Product organizations in a global, fast-paced company. \nStrong business acumen and the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and solutions.\nProven experience coaching and advising managers at different levels, including senior leaders, on leadership, performance, talent, and organizational matters.\nHands-on experience with core people processes, including performance management, talent planning, employee development, retention, compensation, and organizational change.\nStrong knowledge of Israeli employment law and employee relations practices.\nAnalytical mindset, with the ability to use people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex situations.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.\nFluent English - a must.\nGuesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
