What will you do?
- Own Guidde’s core creation experience - Define vision and roadmap for the capture-and-edit flow that sits at the heart of the product
- Design seamless cross-platform journeys - Improve the creation experience across Chrome extension, desktop, and web, removing friction at every step
- Stay deeply connected to users - Run interviews, feedback sessions, and continuous discovery to understand real user needs and behaviors
- Turn data into decisions - Define success metrics, track performance, and use insights to guide fast, confident product decisions
- Leverage AI where it adds real value - Identify where intelligent capabilities improve the experience and bring them into production effectively
- Lead cross-functional execution - Work closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact product outcomes
What will you need to have?
- 5+ years of product management experience - Owning product areas end-to-end, from strategy through execution and iteration
- Startup DNA - You've built in a small, fast-moving team where ownership was real, pace was high, and you wore multiple hats
- Enterprise experience - You've built for or sold to enterprise customers and understand the unique constraints and expectations that come with it
- Strong user-centric mindset - Consistent experience conducting research and validating decisions through real user interactions
- Engineering proximity - You came from a technical background or have spent meaningful time working hand-in-hand with large R&D teams
- Experience building AI-powered features - You can describe a concrete, tangible example of something you built or shipped using AI - not a generic answer, but a real deliverable
Bonus points if you have:
- A technical background - you came from engineering or spent meaningful time working closely with a large R&D team
- Experience building creation tools, productivity products, or user workflows
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motion
