The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business workstreams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance. Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies. Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance. Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics. Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management. Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities.
