learning, inclusion, and excellence.\n What You Will Need:\nBachelor’s degree AND SEVEN (7+) plus years of post-graduation work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a focus on the energy or utilities sector (excluding oil & gas);\nOr Master’s degree AND FIVE (5+) plus years of post-graduation work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, with a focus on the energy or utilities sector (excluding oil & gas).\nStrong understanding of utility business models, regulatory environments, and transformation drivers.\nDemonstrated experience in one or more of the following:Utility data strategy and AI/ML technology modernization solutions.\nUtility program management and governance.\nTechnology product development (utility or non-utility).\nUtility system planning.\nElectric/power or gas utilities technology integration or adoption.\nUtilities infrastructure resilience.\nUtility customer programs.\nGrid modernization and/or transformation.\nUtility corporate strategy or business transformation.·\n\nProven ability to structure and lead problem-solving efforts, synthesize insights, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.\nExperience managing teams and delivering complex projects to include supporting account sales activities.\nProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, project analytics, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools.\nAbility and willingness to travel and work in a hybrid client-facing environment.\nCurrently reside in Canada.\n What Would Be Nice To Have:\nCandidates with post-graduation work experience supporting or directly working with an electric utility is preferred.\nDemonstrates creativity in proposal development/commercial construction.\nDeep background and understanding of Utilities-related projects and operations.\nExperience in one or more of the following: Program Management Office (PMO), product development team
