We are looking for an individual with strong organizational skills who has an understanding of and background in all areas of marketing execution, goes above and beyond, and understands the importance of getting the details right.\nDevelop, execute, and support enterprise or practice marketing programs that support the growth goals of the firm\nStrategy development and execution across marketing channels including social - including writing and editing content\nProactively collect, track and report marketing program ROI\nManage practice specific content updates on the firm’s internal and external websites, including writing and editing content.\nManage third party vendor relationships as needed\nSupport the planning and execution of sponsored industry conferences and client relationship-building events and meetings. This could include being the POC with practice teams, meeting planning, event materials and booth management, on-site meeting management, managing conference sponsorships, and metrics.\n What You Will Need:\nMinimum Years of Experience: 0 years \nMinimum Degree Status: Bachelor's degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2026 and graduate by Summer 2027) \nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the country\nNo sponsorship is available for this position\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nDegree/Majors Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field\nPrevious experience in consulting firms preferred\nPublic sector marketing experience a plus\nOutstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management.\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where collaboration is necessary, and accountability is expected.\nThe ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently.\nDemonstrated project management skills.\nAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret metrics data in order to shape decisions made from the data and report ROI.\nStrong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher.
