What You Will Do:

We areseekinga highly motivated Business Analyst to support the design, development, deployment, adoption, and measurement of innovative AI and technology solutions. Working within a cross-functional team, this individual will helpidentifyand evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Theywill partner withclients,data scientists,trainingandOrganizational Change Management (OCM)teams, and end-users to define requirements,facilitatesuccessful solution delivery, support adoption, and measure business outcomes.They willplay an essential role inanalyzingand documentingcurrent-state business processes,identifyingpain points and opportunities for improvement, and definingfuture-state processes and workflows.This role helpsensure technology investments deliver meaningful operational value.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

StakeholderEngagement

• Build productive relationships across technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users. Coordinate across client leads, technical developers, and end-users.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and feedback loops tomaintainalignment as product priorities, rollout activities, training efforts as project conditions evolve.

• Monitor and triage stakeholder inquiries through shared communication channels.

Requirements gathering

• Gather, document, andvalidatebusiness, functional, and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process walkthroughs, and document reviews.

• Elicit needs and adoption barriers from end-users, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

Product Development & Delivery Support

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

• Document business processes, governance requirements, and operational procedures toidentifypain points, inefficiencies, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvementtodevelop current-state and future-state process documentation and workflow analysis.

• Maintain requirements and support traceability frominitialbusiness need through solution development, testing, and implementation.

• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing activities, and release readiness reviews.

• Support feature prioritization by assessing stakeholder needs, business value, technical constraints, and user impact.

• Assistin documenting risks, assumptions, limitations, and business controls associated with AI-enabled solutions.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Contribute todevelopingfit-for-purpose monitoringandevaluationframeworks anddesign,includingKPIsandmethods.

• Supportfield-levelmonitoring efforts, which may include refining data collection instruments, gathering data (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups),andcleaning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.

• Synthesize information from documents, stakeholder inputs, and datasets to developevidence-basedfindings andrecommendationsrelated totheadoption, effectiveness, implementation challenges,risks,opportunities for enhancements,and business impact of deployed solutions.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

• Bachelors Degree

• FIVE (5) years of professional experience intechnology, analytics, automation,digital transformation, research, ormonitoring and evaluation-focusedfield.

• Experience managing requirements gathering & synthesizingfindingsinto actionable updates.

• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, and model evaluation practices.

• Public sector or enterprise IT rollout experience.

• Producing clear, operational writing (plain language, action-oriented).

• Knowledge of consular operations or high-volume casework environments.

• Data-informed adoption measurement (basic analytics).

• Experience developing business process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating procedures.

• Experienceestablishingrepeatable processes (templates, standards, governance, cadence).

• Facilitation skills (client meetings,workshops, leader briefings, office hours).

• Training designand deliveryacross modalities (live & asynchronous).

• Knowledge of SharePointand Jira/Confluence.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, including backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
