This role will focus on data collection, dashboards preparation, and ensuring data accuracy across global operations, as well for supporting the automation solutions across multiple day-to-day processes.\n Daily Responsibilities Included, but not limited to:\nGather data from internal sources and verify its accuracy in collaboration with People Managers.\n\nReconcile data with time-tracking system records, communicate with People Managers, and ensure timely updates.\n\nManage data collection across multiple regions (Lithuania, India, US) and multiple stakeholders.\n\nReview and validate project's invoicing information against contractual agreements and internal schedules.\n\nConduct initial data analysis and integrate information from multiple sources to prepare clean, structured datasets for Power BI dashboard development and other reporting needs.\n\nAssist in preparing global dashboards and related tasks.\n\nCreate impactful data visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.\n\nAssist with Workforce Management (WFM) processes, including capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, and workforce reporting.\n\n What You Will Need:\n1+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or related area).\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\nFluency in English, international level C1\n\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data matching; knowledge of Excel Query is a plus).\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.\n\nExperience with SharePoint for data storage, documentation, and collaboration.\n\nFamiliarity with Power Apps and Power BI (automation, flow creation, dashboard development).\n\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and persistence in ensuring data quality.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders from different cultures.\n\nAbility to identify opportunities to simplify and optimize data management processes.\n\nFlexibility to join late calls with U.S. colleagues a few times per month.\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is €22,000.00-€36,000.00.
