Experience is SAP CIS is highly preferred\n\nDemonstrated CIS data migration leadership: customer master, billing history, and open AR balance migration from legacy platforms\n\nAt least TWO (2) full-lifecycle CIS implementations at electric, gas, or water utilities as lead architect or functional lead\n\nCIS integration architecture experience with 2+ of: MDM, AMI head-end, OMS, customer portal, IVR, or ERP/GL\n\nHands-on configuration experience: SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities OR Oracle CC&B / CCS (C2M) - deep expertise in at least one platform required\n\nDeep knowledge of utility meter-to-cash process: read acquisition → VEE → bill calc → invoice → payment → collections → write-off\n\nDirect experience designing complex utility rate structures: TOU, NEM, demand charges, budget billing, and income-qualified program rates\n\nWhat Would Be Nice To Have:\nSAP Certified Associate - SAP for Utilities (IS-U) or S/4HANA Utilities\n\nExperience with legacy source CIS platforms: Cayenta, Infor Hansen, Cogsdale, Banner, or custom mainframe billing systems\n\nOracle Utilities Implementation Specialist (CC&B or C2M)\n\nSalesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud as CRM layer integrated with SAP or Oracle CIS backends\n\nDual-platform experience (SAP + Oracle) - strong differentiator for migration programs\n\nEV charging program billing, NEM 3.0, prepay metering, or community solar subscriber management\n\nSAP BRIM / Convergent Invoicing for multi-commodity or subscription billing\n\nPCI-DSS and customer PII / data security compliance requirements in utility CIS environments\n\nOracle C2M cloud deployment (OCI SaaS) configuration experience\n\nNERC CIP / NIST CSF awareness for CIS systems within or adjacent to the utility control network\n\nThe annual salary range for this position is $162,000.00-$270,000.00.
